Her estimate of value and suggested listing price were in line with our expectations and we made the immediate decision to work with her. In only a few days the unit was photographed and listed. It sold very quickly. Linda was extemely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the selling and closing process. We could not be more pleased with her service and the outcome.
