Because I no longer live in San Diego, I relied on LInda's expertise in preparing my rental for sale. Her suggestions such as painting the interior, improving the landscaping and addressing issues in the home inspection were well advised. She met with and supervised the contractors numerous times. The market has been very strange over the past few years, but she made sure to educate us on what was right or wrong, and we never felt overwhelmed during the entire process. My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and going to Linda was the best decision we have ever made - she better not ever retire because we are absolutely going to call her again when we are ready to purchase our next home! She was also very informative when it came to us deciphering what is considered a"good" home vs. a "bad" home - her knowledge of the areas we were looking to buy was amazing. She is a perfectionist in her craft, and I honestly don't know why anyone would want to use another agent when buying a home in San Diego.
