Personal Profile
I am originally from Southwest Louisiana but traveled and lived with my family to Georgia, Nebraska, Pennsylvania and Florida. Returning to the Lake Charles area in 1992, and after raising three daughters, I began my career in real estate in 2005. I have been active in the Calcasieu parish area serving on the boards of the Women's Shelter, Family and Youth Advocacy, Chamber of Commerce, Literacy Council and the Junior League of Lake Charles. I have also been a member of First United Methodist Church since 1992. After receiving my real estate license I have completed additional real estate course designations such as the Accredited Buyers Representative, Sellers' Representative Specialist and Graduate REALTOR® Institute. It has been my pleasure working in all aspects of real estate. Whether buying or selling your home, commercial property or seeking investment property I'll strive to make the process a smooth, pleasurable experience.

Buyer reviewWe were purchasing 2 different lots around the same time with Linda's help. Even though both properties were cash sales and normally would close in a few days, they each had challenges that stretched them out to over a month. The first lot was an estate sale through an attorney with a group having to make decisions, plus a listing error from the other broker caused a problem solved by a survey and reduction in price. The second lot was tied to a house through a mortgage, so the house had to be sold first to clear the lot from the mortgage to be sold separately, plus the owner moved away and was very slow at responding. Linda was patient and dealt with these issues very well.
