She worked hard to make sure our documents were complete and submitted to the lender ahead of schedule so that our closing was successful. She was very easy to work with and made it clear what the next step was and what needed to get done on our side of the transaction. Linda kept in constant contact and worked hard with all parties involved, including the lender, title company, and the sellers agent. She was a professional in dealing with an unpredictable seller, always working to secure the outcome that best represented our wishes. I know there were some frustrating issues with repairs and concessions with a difficult seller, however, Linda used her extensive experience to ensure the best results. We were always comfortable knowing that Linda was representing us faithfully. She is a consummate professional. She marketed our house trying to get us the best value she could in a very declined market. She took excellent photos of our home and marketed the house to achieve the largest amount of viewing possible for the market conditions. We had an impressive 54% viewings compared to the majority at 1 to 2 %. Both an indication of the condition of the home as well as Linda's marketing abilities.
