Buyer reviewMy wife and I after working with a couple other Agencies were getting overwhelmed and considering backing out of finding a home because the folks we were dealing with at the time. It seemed other Agencies and brokers were not making themselves available and didn't seem very knowledgeable in what we were looking for. Our situation was extremely difficult having to sell a mobile home in a park in Portsmouth where the owner and the manager of the park were extremely difficult to deal with. After finding Linda Pratt and Newson Associates she kept us on an even temperament and worked diligently to a great conclusion. If the need arises I would definitely find Linda where ever she may be working, and definitely recommend her and Newson Associates to anyone we know looking to purchase in our area.

Buyer reviewLinda was wonderful, and we were both grateful that we wound up with her. She helped us during every step of our cross-country move to Maine. With her help, we found a temporary place while we looked for a home. She met us during the worst of winter, to show us properties. She answered every concern we had promptly and efficiently. She even made us feel welcome on Christmas day when she unexpectedly delivered us some homemade delicacies to try. In every regard, Linda was wonderful. Should we pursue real estate interests in the future, Linda will be our realtor. Thank you so much Mrs. Linda Pratt.

Seller reviewI knew Linda personally as a neighbor and an acquaintence. I knew that she would be someone that both my husband and I would be comfortable working with Linda. As I said to my husband, "she is kind and respectful and she LOVES our home; she will be the perfect realtor for us". And she was all of the above and more! Linda was the perfect balance of personal and professional. Our property was very "unique" and we knew it would be difficult to sell, needing the perfect buyer. She brought in many more prospective buyers than we anticipated. As I said before, she was very respectful and knew just how to work with us when negotiating the price. In short, we were very pleased with how Linda handled every aspect of the sale of our home. In addition to my other comments, I would like to add that Linda was always very prompt in returning our calls, texts and emails; she was so good at keeping us informed of the progress on the sale.

Buyer reviewLinda really did go above and beyond with our house search. She did everything possible to give us full attention. A lot of the viewings we went to were very short notice, and a couple were pretty far away, but Linda never failed to work it into her tight schedule. My husband and I ended up getting our dream house, and we couldn't be more pleased. Everyday we get beautiful rays of sun through the front bay windows, and watch our babies laugh and play in the big back yard. We are exactly where we want to be.
