Seller reviewLinda is the BEST! She is available anytime to answer our legitimate questions and also our stress induced questions. She is reassuring and has no problem going to the person who does know the answer if she does not. She has an amazing ability to turn everything we are doing into a compliment. We appreciate everything about her and there has never been a negative feeling about the job she is doing or even a single part of the work she is doing for us. We feel so lucky to have her! The buyers realtor also complimented her professionalism and transparency. It was especially reassuring as we are in the middle of a pandemic and there are so many extra and huge added stresses happening for all parties involved.

We never felt pressured or felt as if she was up selling a home for her benefit. Being first time home buyers, Linda noticed things about the properties that I would have never looked for or thought were issues. She ALWAYS made herself available to us with anything we needed even after the sale was complete. Thank you, Linda for making our first home buying experience so easy!

Buyer reviewFor over a year my wife had been trying to figure out and sharing with me that we needed to buy a home and stop paying the high rent. We had lost our jobs in 2008 and lost everything back in 2012. She had regained employment with her previous employer, though I had not. I had been primarily self-employed since 2008. We had looked into rent-to-own signs we had seen and then my wife had found Linda Ring on Craigslist. "From Rent to Own". I was certain Linda didn't have her wording correct and it was the same as we had inquired about -- Rent to Own -- which we had been turned down for. My wife told me Linda Ring could help us to become home owners. "Yeah, right." I knew it wasn't possible. We had been paying down our debt though still had a ways to go. I knew we weren't where we needed to be yet, but my wife told me to just talk to her. I let my wife know that Realtors want to sell homes and everything is yes, until we get turned down due to our financial history. I agreed to speak with Linda, though shared that I would be 100% upfront about every detail of our financial and employment situation so as not to waste anybody's time. I was adamant that there was no way we could possibly become home owners. I looked into who Linda is and what she's been doing, online before speaking with her, and noticed she had been a Realtor since 1981. That was impressive. I called Linda Ring and shared with her what I had told my wife, that I was going to share all the details of our financial and employment history, and that I wanted her to be straight with me about wanting to commit her time to working with us. I shared that it wasn't a good time and all of the details why it wasn't possible for us to become home owners right now. Linda stayed quiet and listened, never butting in, never trying to defend herself or sell me -- she just listened. When I was through she expressed how much she appreciated everything I shared and asked me, "So, are you ready to begin the process?" She said, "I'm willing to commit to doing everything I can to make you a home owner, and even with everything you've shared, I think we can make it happen, but you equally need to commit to working with me and others I work with." We committed. Linda didn't make any promises other than she was committed to doing everything she could to make us home owners. Inside I thought to myself, 'A Realtor since 1981? She's gotta know what's she's doing -- Realtors certainly don't want to waste their time. We trusted Linda Ring. She was understanding, professionally polite and authentically friendly -- more than a Realtor, her way about herself is that she's passionate about what she does and it isn't about selling homes, it's about changing peoples' lives. Because we trusted Linda and followed her guidance and the guidance of those who work with her every step of the way, here we are a little over 90 days later and we're home owners, paying less than we were paying for rent. Together we've accomplished the unimaginable. Linda Ring isn't a Realtor. She's a woman on a mission using her Realtor position as a vehicle to change peoples' lives. She's a life changer. Nothing against Realtors, but sales is sales and if you don't have sales you don't get money. For all of the Realtors I've ever worked with, with only one other exception, they're just in it for the money. The impact that Linda Ring has had on our lives will never be forgotten. Again, the unimaginable has been achieved, and it is for that reason that we could do nothing less than highly recommend her to anyone who would like to move from being a renter, to becoming a home owner. It's possible.

Buyer reviewBuying a house is always stressful. Linda however, helped a lot; and having a broker you can fully trust lifts a weight off your shoulder. She made sure we understood everything. She was so kind to us throughout the whole process. I would recommend Linda Ring because she provides the trust, professionalism and she makes buying a house more exciting vs stressful! We are so appreciative for her help.
