Buyer reviewI was referred to Linda Sidzina from a dear mutual friend. Linda listened to my needs. I have Parkinson disease and the first time we spoke she asked what I was looking for in a home and the area of the city I would prefer to live. I began to explain that I have Parkinson disease and what my needs would be in purchasing a home. I gave her all the requirements I would like in a home...no wood decks, no basement, first floor laundry, easy access in and out of home, a detached garage and then some other wishes. She helped in planning for my purchase seeing I had a rental lease that would expire May 28th, 2016. When I walked into the home she recommended I check out, I knew immediately it was the home I would love to live and it met all the needs I requested. She really did listen and found me the perfect home. She helped with other issues such as referring to financing, an inspector which was important to me and some one to help improve some things I would like done on the outside. I really can't say enough for the satisfaction she offered and the kindness she offered. She found my home with all the needs I expected and that alone proves how well she listened to my desire of a perfect home which I will enjoy for years to come.
