Buyer reviewWe saw Linda's name and a glowing recommendation about her sincerity, care and professionalism on the Veterans United Mortgage website. We were not disappointed. Linda was the perfect agent for us. A true delight to be around and extremely knowledgeable about St. Simons Island. She listened to our needs and wants and found us the perfect house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent. One of the very best communicators in this type of situation. When we asked a question, she immediately contacted the person who could give us the answer if she could not.

Buyer reviewSo, here's the deal with Linda Stone; she is really great. Before going with Linda I read other reviews about her. I found one that was from a coworker. He gave her a glowing review, it was almost over the top. So I hunted him down and asked if she was really that great. He said she was, so we moved forward with her. We did not regret it. She was great. She always answered our questions in a timely manner and she was always available to show us the houses on our never-ending list. She pretty much became part of our family. After we had worked with Linda, I referred my parents to her and they also worked with her to find a house. They also just loved working with Linda. I think it is safe to say that Linda was a great realtor and has also become a friend of the family. We would not hesitate to work with her again, and we hope she stops by for coffee from time to time.

When we wanted to see a property she was quick to schedule viewings. She was quick to respond to our questions and handled what needed to be handled with our loan company with ease. She made buying our house an easy and enjoyable process. She was able to get us in the house we wanted within a short timeline. As we were located in a different state, we relied on Linda to take care of us. She made our transition so easy. So very thankful for Linda!

Seller reviewLinda Stone helped me get through the process when I bought this house. She was amazing in every regard. I rarely had to ask a question, because she was so thorough in explaining every step of the process. When it was time to sell, I didn't even consider another agent! She made the process so much simpler than I thought it could be! If I leave the area, I'll be unbelievably sad to not have her through the buying process.
