Linda was just hands down awesome through the whole process. She was able to help with everything and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We would have had such a headache if we had went with someone else that had shown us a few houses. Linda is an exactly real estate agent and I will absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling. Linda was just all around superb on all aspects. She helped explain everything, she made great recommendations on things and she was just generally there for every part of the process. She is the sweetest lady and has a great sense of humor too! Very polite, respectful and fun to be around for the process. If all their real estate agents are as great as Linda Swenson then I would hands down only ever use them. It went quick and as smooth as possible. A very enjoyable experience with using Linda Swenson. 10/10

I highly respect and trust him and when he gave me Linda's name and told me about her background, knowledge, being straight with clients and telling it like it is, honesty and work she had done for his company I knew I had the right person. Linda lived up to those expectations and I would highly recommend her. She did a great job for us and made made our job easy. It was a perfect relationship for us. We are 80 years old, live in Seattle WA and my wife has health issues. Linda took us by the hand and made it easy for us. She went above our expectations in helping find someone to handle two households of furniture stuffed into one house and getting it all cleaned up in just a few weeks. Then sold the house in several days. We are very appreciative.
