I do not live locally so had to arrange for many details remotely with Linda's hands on help with contractors and inspectors as well as advice that helped sell the home much faster than I anticipated (sold in days and I expected the market to take weeks or even a couple of months) I feel blessed by how well the sale, of a home I love, went and Linda was an instrumental part of this endeavor. I highly recommend Linda for buying and selling homes. (She helped me buy the home 5 years ago too)
