Buyer reviewLinda Thomas was my buyers agent. We viewed 2 properties in Black Diamond. She immediately set herself apart because she knew so much about the community. My husband and I made an offer on one of the houses she showed us. The offer was rejected by the sellers. One unusual kink in our situation was that we were leaving the country for 2 months. When Linda found out we were leaving for 2 months, she sprang into action. In just a matter of a few days, she brought an offer to the sellers that they accepted. We signed all the paperwork and closed on our new home while we were away. Some additional benefits that Linda provided was a home warranty. She also recommended a pool guy, lawn guy, etc. She was always available whenever I texted. Now that we are living in Black Diamond, I count her as one of my friends. I highly recommend her services.

My sister and I certainly appreciated Linda managing the whole showing and sale of the property as we both live out of state. Linda is very knowlegable about Black Diamond Ranch, which really helped. My father actually chose Linda, himself, before he passed away. Linda made the whole process quite easy. We are very appreciative.
