Buyer reviewOur purchase was not without a huge problem but this was due to the lending company & the requirements were not all met by the condo association so there were many delays & issues. Linda was able to help us find other choices for lending that were local & immediately we were back on track and able to close in record time which was great. If we hadn't had a great realtor like Linda, then we would have probably chosen to back out of the purchase. It was of utmost importance that we had great communication with all of the new rules just coming out with the government & there were many hurdles to get over and having Linda there to guide us made everything possible. We have no regrets but the greatest of respect & thankfulness to know we had Linda there to help us through it all. Century 21 Champions has indeed a jewel in this employee and she is such a wonderful person! We will only recommend Linda for all of our real estate needs as well as for our friends & family and anyone who asks us for recommendations. Great job Linda! Great job to Linda for helping us through the difficult process and making our dream come true!
