This was a particularly difficult transaction due to significant time zone differences; my wife and I living in Japan and Linda in VA. She scheduled virtual viewings evening and night EST and early morning JST. Following the selection of a home, Linda burned the midnight oil ensuring necessary contracts and disclosures were thoroughly explained ansd signed. Linda's sage advice as an experienced agent in the area, ensured as competive a deal as possible in a turbulent market. Through the inspection and closing process Linda's professionalism and attention to detail saved us thousands of dollars when dealing with a shady seller.
