I was extremely impressed - this sale was for my 89 year old mother who - because of worsening winter weather - moved from NJ to Florida. She lived and raised her family in this house for 51 years. Both realtors demonstrated great sensitivity to her needs during this transition period. I would get immediate pick up on my phone calls - day or night - as well as immediate responses to my emails and texts - I was amazed at Linda and Mary Ann's responsiveness. I knew it was going to be a difficult sale, but everything Linda and Mary Ann did exceeded my expectations. The house sold faster than I expected and both addressed problems quickly and professionally. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the house went under contract in a couple weeks and closed on time with no delay.
