We first made contact with Lindsay several years ago when we started thinking of buying a second home in Hawkins. Off and on throughout the years, we contacted her with questions about listings. Lindsay never treated us like we were "those people who just look and never buy." She always treated us like we were her most important clients. This was important in ultimately retaining us as her clients when we did finally make our purchase. Lindsay and her assistant, Krissy are a great team. When Lindsay was with other clients and we needed her to be in four places at once, she instantly directed us to Krissy so that our needs were met. Krissy never missed a beat. We always were able to reach either Lindsay or Krissy, and we always had all answers that we needed in a timely fashion - even where to buy a replacement ornamental/decorative armadillo that sat on the front porch of a house we saw. TOTALLY above and beyond in every respect. Krissy was just as responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, personable (and tolerant of our constant interruptions into her day!) as Lindsay. I am a Realtor licensed in Tennessee, and I work in the greater Nashville area. I wish I had an assistant like Krissy! She is a rarity, even from across the country. Even though I am a Realtor, I am not licensed in TX. TX has different laws than TN, of course. Lindsay made sure that we understood everything we needed to know, and did not just assume we knew things simply because I am licensed in another state. This was critical.

My experience with Lindsay was the best I've ever had with a realtor. The first property Lindsay Wilson sold for me had been listed with another realtor for 3 years and was unable to do anything with it. I decided to give Lindsay a chance and she sold the property in 3 months. I will definitely use her again in any realty business that I may have in the future and will recommend her to all my friends and family. Lindsay Wilson is very caring and wants to do her very best to help her clients no matter how much money is involved. She works hard for all of her clients. It was an excellent experience working with Lindsay Wilson. She has a excellent personality and is a joy to work with. You can't go wrong with Lindsay Wilson. She's the best !

Lindsay Wilson was great to work with again! We purchased a lot at HLR almost 2 years ago and Lindsay helped us then and when we decided to move and buy a house at HLR several years ahead of our original schedule, we knew we would ask Lindsay to help us once again! We also referred her to some of our friends who also purchased a house hat HLR using Lindsay! It was great having someone who was raised in this area and knows so many people in her network to help us after the sale!
