Linwood did an excellent job working with us even though we were on the other side of the country during the entire process. He was quick and concise with feedback, and wasted no time scheduling necessary tasks and repairs. It was as smooth of a process as he could have made it. I would absolutely use Linwood again.

Linwood was extremely helpful in my search for a home. I had no experience with purchasing any kind of housing or even renting. He understood that I was clueless and tried his best to explain what every inspection was for and why it was needed or not needed. He explained and advised me on what was necessay and unnecessary payments. He even helped me find quotes for things around the house. It has been a fun and educational experience thanks to Linwood. I would definitely recommend a friend to him.
