Seller reviewLisa Case is a great realtor who we were fortunate to have been introduced to by a relative. She did a very good job of getting comparable values of similar homes in the neighborhood so that our offering price would be a good one. She had the listing posted as "coming soon" while we finished our touch-ups in the home. Much to our surprise we got an offer the first day the home went on the market. Lisa then spent a lot of time confering with us during some negotiations. Once that was over in short order, the house was "sold"! Lisa is very professional, caring & calm (needed in what can be a stressful time) and was very accessible. We highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Seller reviewLisa Case did a good job providing comparative pricing in the area and we felt the price we finally decided to sell at was fair for the local market. Lisa Case clearly outlined the process to get to a sale and costs were made transparent. Once we decided to move ahead Lisa Case work diligently to provide information as to how to best stage the house, arrange for photos to be taken and to host several open houses. The process once a sale was agreed went smoothly with Lisa's guidance. Because we were moving locally we had the added bonus of Lisa also being our purchasing agent. There were several issues that came out of the inspections on the property we were purchasing and Lisa did a great job working with the selling agent to ensure these issues were remediated in good time so we could have the closing on the sale and purchase as close as possible.
