Lisa Case clearly outlined the process to get to a sale and costs were made transparent. Once we decided to move ahead Lisa Case work diligently to provide information as to how to best stage the house, arrange for photos to be taken and to host several open houses. The process once a sale was agreed went smoothly with Lisa's guidance. Because we were moving locally we had the added bonus of Lisa also being our purchasing agent. There were several issues that came out of the inspections on the property we were purchasing and Lisa did a great job working with the selling agent to ensure these issues were remediated in good time so we could have the closing on the sale and purchase as close as possible.
