I felt like she was up front and honest about my home and the assessment. Every decision that was made we went over pros and cons. I felt in good hands working with Lisa and would recommend her to anyone. I live in Madison so it was challenging for me to know what some of things that might have been done. However we used a lot of communication through texts, calls, and emails to make sure we were going down the right path. Lisa was excellent in all areas. She was a pleasure to work with.
