Buyer reviewMy wife and I were referred to Lisa Jalufka through our family friend. He contacted the President of Century 21 New Millennium and asked that we be placed with a realtor we could trust. In turn the President placed us with Lisa and it could not have been a better fit. Not only did she have extensive knowledge of the area we wanted to look in, she fought for us every step of the way and helped guide us through our first home buying experience. Being first time home buyers we had no clue what to do, but Lisa was patient with us and answered all of our question thoroughly and in a way that any layperson could understand. After she explained things I felt confident in the choice I was making which is rare in a situation where you have no previous knowledge. She also picked right up on our humor which she shared in at times which made her very personable. All in all, a top notch realtor!

Seller reviewLisa was phenomenal. Due to her knowledge of area pricing, we were under contract in less than 48 hours despite the fact multiple homes in our neighborhood were also listed. Additionally, Lisa made the selling process extremely easy for us, even though we were moving across the country and were out of town on multiple occasions. She handled everything for us seamlessly and we really didn't have to worry about juggling inspections and other sale-related functions because Lisa handled it all for us. Lisa was friendly and receptive to our feedback and ideas, she was direct but polite and professional; we felt comfortable that she was always on top of things. She communicated with us regularly and in a timely manner, and I never felt like I needed to check in on the process. Throughout the process, my wife and I had peace of mind that Lisa was taking good care of us!
