We (as the buyer) were dealing with an unprofessional and incompetent seller's agent. Lisa acted as buffer and enforcer to get the contract to close on-time and the process moving along. She also helped us with two consecutive sales within the same week (one sale, one purchase). Without her knowledge of the processes and overwatch, we would most likely not be able to sell then buy in this market. My entire friends and family network use Lisa.
