I have 38 years of experience with assisting both Buyers and Sellers in successfully achieving their goals of buying and/or selling real estate throughout the western suburbs of Chicagoland. I have consistently maintained a high level of production awards year to year as well as receiving yearly Pinnacle Quality Service Awards generated directly from my client survey responses. To be able to work with our Military members and their families throughout the years is indeed my privilege. BANIS I AM THE POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR KATHLEEN ANDERSON, I AM THE ONE WHO WAS INVOLVED WITH PICKING CENTURY 21, I WENT ON THE INTERNET AND SEARCHED FOR CENTURY 21 NEAR HILLSIDE IL, WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER LISA KEATING ANSWERED, SHE WAS ABSOLUTLY AWESOME FROM DAY 1. SHE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME, MY SITUATION WAS DIFFERENT IN THE SENSE THE HOUSE TAXES WERE NOT PAID FOR 2 YEARS AS KATHLEEN IS IN A NURSING HOME, I TOLD LISA I DID NOT WANT TO SEE THE STATE TAKING HER HOUSE BECAUSE OF TAXES. ALSO THIS WAS A HOARDERS HOUSE, SO IT WAS IN BAD SHAPE., HOWEVER, LISA GOT US A GOOD PRICE AND EVEN GOT ME THE CORRECT LAWYER WHO DEALS WITH POWER OF ATTORNEYS, I TOLD LISA GOD FOUND HER FOR ME. AND I TRULY BELEIVE THAT,I WILL RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE I KNOW WHO IS BUYING A HOUSE, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, AND PROFESSIIONAL. ALL I CAN SAY IS EVERYTHING WENT SO SMOOTHLY AND I ACREDIT LISA KEATING FOR THIS.

Seller reviewDuring the time our home was for sale, it was vacant. Lisa went out of her way in making sure that when there were showings, the heat was on , air conditioning was on , she opened windows to air the home out, had numerous open houses. After other agents viewed the home she went back to make sure everything was closed up or turned off. When I had to have the house inspected she was there to walk through the home on the initial inspection and was with them after the repairs were made for the final. She was very knowledgably about the contract, and very pleasant to work with. We were so happy that Lisa was our broker. She did an outstanding job.
