Seller reviewLisa Pimentel was a great asset in the sale of our home. In an uncertain time she was on the spot with the buyers agents and made sure all timelines were met. All paperwork was in order and the process continued to move forward smooth as could be. Above and beyond Lisa also helped us to find the right Realtor for our needs in our new home state. I have seen other real estate experiences that get held up because of missing documentation or missed timelines. This is not an issue for Lisa as for both the purchase and sale of our home, she made sure every document that needed to be in the transaction was done.

She listen to what we needed and her communication was great. Because of Lisa it was such a great experience and I would do business again with her. I'm very selective when it comes to big transactions and purchasing a home wasn't the exception. Lisa was referred to me by my bank and she was definitely the best choice. She will define what you are looking for and then she will continue to do her part by sending you available listings. Best part is that she is very open to options, maintains a high level of communication plus she will always make sure to be on top of your file even if the agent from the other party or the lender isn't keeping up with deadlines. It is with no doubt that I would highly choose Lisa Pimentel as a top agent in Southern California. Part of my reason to write this review is because I want to make sure that other people that are starting such a big transaction have the opportunity to have the best agent and someone that will truly represent them from beginning to end. Seller reviewLisa was very Helpful in the sell of our house. I can't imagine things going any better with another agent. SHE WAS very considerate of my aging Mother and that was important to me. She actually sold the house faster then we thought possible and when we needed more time due to a death in the family, she was able to accommodate us. SO YES I would us Century 21 again and more than likely when we start the process of looking for a new property to buy I will start with Century 21 because of Lisa Pimentel. VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL.
