Seller reviewThere were days during this sale that Lisa was on vacation with her family and she was still able to keep things moving and communicated well even with service issues. This sale was especially difficult because of a roof vandalization issue that cause us to have to submit a claim in the last two weeks of closing. Lisa was on top of all of the issues and was getting information from colleagues to try to help. Always positive and encouraging and understanding. I never felt like I was alone in any of the process. Closing kept getting pushed back and she was on top of every document. She was professional with every aspect and was able to give me confidence every step of the way. She is a gem for sure.

And I had met Lisa one time during that transaction and she seemed very nice and professional. But during our home search and sale she exceeded our expectations! She was both nice and professional, but was very caring as well.
