Lisa handled several unexpected things out of the ordinary during the process of closing escrow, including the difficult task of handling all of the paperwork through the Laguna Woods HOA and the speedy recovery from a buyer cancelling a sale on the day of escrow closing to finding a new buyer and handling the resale of the property in a very satisfactory time frame.
