Buyer reviewWe wouldn't hesitate, for a moment, to recommend Lisa Morales to anyone wanting to purchase a home in the S.A. area. Lisa worked with us over a 2 year period, 1 year while still living in Houston and the 2nd while we rented in SA. For well over a year, Lisa stayed in communication and provided us with listings prior to our relocation to S.A. Then, while renting the entire following year, Lisa showed us countless listings until we found our 'perfect' next home. Walked in and explained we wanted to spend time with agent to help us development a good overall understanding of SA real estate market and demographics. Lisa was extremely responsive in setting up appointments, including weekends, evenings and daytime. When a new property came on the market she was always available to insure we were front in line, which was very important to us in this current sellers market. It's likely she made personal sacrifice's in order to meet our needs. We had somewhat of a challenging situation related to closing on 2 adjacent properties. This required extra effort on Lisa's part working with the Title company exploring different closing options. Lisa was never hesitant to work consult, as needed, with others in the Century 21 office on particular matters. This showed Lisa was wanting to use the knowledge and ability of the Century 21 office to insure the best outcome. Overall, extremely satisfied with Lisa's knowledge and determination to insure all aspects of purchasing was completed in a timely manner.
