Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers Lisa helped to make this sometimes rueful and stressful process very smooth! She was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking in and accommodated our hectic schedules in order to make appointments to see homes. She helped us weight our options for particular types of homes in different areas and gave us her insight. Lisa's patience was much appreciated as we looked for homes for almost a year and a half in many different towns, but never felt pressured to make a decision. Waiting allowed us to finally find the perfect home, and we have Lisa to attribute it all to! I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a home, and would use her again! Thank you Lisa!

My initial impressions were correct... Lisa and Lucy often went the extra distance in all phases of the sale of our family home. They understood both the emotional aspects of selling a home you grew up in as a child and also the challenges and pressures associated with a successful and timely sale. From the marketing plan, to pricing, to the open house and ultimate sale of the home, Lisa and Lucy far exceeded my expectations. We will be using them again in the near future.

Buyer reviewI have known Lisa Silverstein since I was growing up, and my mother also used Lisa Silverstein and Lucy Oliva when she sold her house several years ago. I knew they would make sure we made a good purchase -- and for the right price. Lisa Silverstein and Lucy Oliva were both excellent, and they worked together with us through all 60 or houses we ended up researching and/or seeing. They communicated effectively with one another, as well as with us, so it was a smooth transition if one or the other was unable to show us a house on a certain day. They were patient and understanding, even when we wanted to look at just a few more houses or had questions about a house they knew we probably wouldn't like anyway.
