Lisa Waldoch was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Lisa represented the friend and her siblings as the sellers of their deceased mother's home. My situation requiring a realtor was serving as the personal representative for a deceased long-time friend. Upon meeting Lisa, she exemplified understanding my needs and helped me immediately realize that the process of selling my friend's home was more manageable than I had anticipated. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable in the industry; she was able to communicate this knowledge to me in lay man's terms which served to make me calm and confident in the process as it moved forward. Lisa Waldoch embodied politeness, understanding, friendliness, patience, professionalism, respectfulness and approachability which became apparent to me very early in our relationship as seller/realtor. All of the characteristics were highly desirable. At that point in time, I particularly appreciated trustworthiness, accessibility, and the fact that Lisa could be depended upon to communicate in a timely and clear manner. I am not familiar with the organizational chart of Lisa Waldoch's business office and basically dealt with Lisa. I did have opportunity on a couple of occasions to visit Lisa's office and want to mention that on both occasions, the persons at the front desk were friendly, polite and helpful and responded to my request immediately upon my arrival. My overall experience with Lisa Waldoch in selling my deceased friend's home was completely positive. Because I was acting on behalf of a long-time friend (LaVerne) in this sale, I felt an obligation to be worthy of the trust that LaVerne had placed in me. Additionally, because it involved a long-time friendship for me, I had an emotional investment as well. Lisa acknowledged this in word and action, and through her kindness and understanding kept me traversing the business aspect of the sale in a manner that brought me peace in all ways. I will be forever grateful to Lisa Waldoch.

Had never worked with one but had heard great things about Lisa. Lisa is AMAZING! She had a professional photographer come in and take pictures of our home to show the real value of it. The sign that was put in our yard was of better quality than any other in the neighborhood which made our house stand out. She highlighted and complimented the work we had put into the house. Very detail oriented. She even helped us organize for best results. Everything was above and beyond. Lisa is brilliant! She is kind, polite, professional, and very punctual. She made herself available to our questions all hours of the day and late at night. She is very knowledgeable about realty and how everything works. She is extremely creative and very understanding. She knew what we needed and she did more. I never had to question anything as it was clearly communicated and before I had a chance to ask. She's a go getter who takes the time to foster a relationship with her clients. Century 21 did an amazing job all the way around. 10/0 recommend to everyone! I just can't say enough good things about Lisa. An amazing realtor who works for her people and cares for them. A truly genuine person who looked out for us and didn't let us get lost in a pile of papers or get pushed around.

I would recommend Lisa for many reasons as she is friendly and listens to your needs and most of her knlwledge in the field of realestate.

Lisa Waldoch worked hard to sell our property, she held many open houses on the weekends and always informed us of the outcomes in a timely manner. Lisa did a great job staying in contact with us through out the whole process and reminded my wife and I of common themes, trends and other outcomes in the process of selling our home which helped alleviate some of the stress.
