We appreciated her organizing visits to all of the homes we wanted to see during our trips to NC, even if they were long days of driving around. She was knowledgeable about the housing market and provided solid guidance on the purchasing process that was different from what we were used to in NJ. In addition, she is well networked and will provide recommendations for local contractors, inspectors, attorneys, vets, etc. that are invaluable as you move into a new state.

Seller reviewWe interviewed a total of five agents. Although we were pleased with most of them, Lissette Leon Cring was clearly the best fit for us. Her presentation was professional, succinct and she answered all of our questions. From the time we informed Lissette that she was our choice, she kept us informed of every step. Impressively, she had a professional photographer out two days later. By the way, the photographer and Lissette did a fabulous job on the pictures, video, virtual staging, and preparing a high-quality flyer for potential buyers to take home from a walk-through or open house. Her text in presenting our property online was well-crafted. Of course, she asked for our feedback on every step along the way, which we appreciated. Lissette's communication was perfect, and her response time was outstanding! We had multiple offers after just three days, and she skillfully guided us through the pros/cons of each prospective buyer. Lissette's personality is delightful, too!
