Seller reviewLiz Benuscak had a strong understanding of the local market and what price to list the home at. She forecasted that we would have mulitple offers. We had six offers within a couple of days of putting the home on the market including four offers over the list price. Liz was great to work with- excellent communication skills and the entire sales process from offer to closing was flawless. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking for a broker to sell their house.
