We had been working with a broker/agent duo with a different firm previously and the constant pressure and lack of understanding of the market conditions actually made us more confused and hesitant to commit to any particular place. When Liza came on she made us feel so at ease, which helped us immensely THINK and prioritize what we were looking for. Despite us wanting to change our mind a few times it turned out to be the best decision because she helped us navigate a very difficult situation and we are so happy with the outcome and place we got! Agents forget the importance of creating a trusting and relaxed environment for making such a big purchase and Liza really helped us get to the finish line.
