Seller reviewWhen I fired another broker I got a cold call from LJ-he came over that afternoon and had done his homework on my place already-I liked what he had to say and always felt my best interests came first through this whole process. This was very important to me and the fact that he listened to what I said was critical. I know I can be a hard person to work with and LJ was the consummate professional in dealing with me and my concerns. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone selling their house. He kept my stress levels in check and did a great job selling my place at the price I need d to get!

Seller reviewIt all started one Friday night when I checked my message on my home phone. There was a message from a Mr. LJ Bunker from Century 21. He was aware that I had just taken my home off the marked after a failed attempt to sell with Berkshire Hathaway. I was thinking of leaving it off the marked for a while because Berkshire was a very stressful experience. I returned the call to LJ and set up a meeting... that is how our relationship began. LJ came to the meeting with a realistic plan and lots of energy on how he was going to sell my home. LJ explained the process and told me what to expect and then went to work. He executed his plan perfectly and made the process fun. He was always respectful and professional , remaining optimistic and fresh with his ideas on the next move. LJ Bunker sold my home just like he said he would because of his knowledge and fresh approach to the real estate market. Buyer reviewOriginally we had planned on going with a friend to be our broker. However we had contacted LJ directly on a particular property. After speaking with him he asked for an opportunity to earn our business. He provided me with a number of references. I called ALL of them and every last person had the same thing to say. He was professional, went the extra mile, he really listened to the needs of his clients and they all felt that he worked harder for them than any other realtor they had dealt with in the past. What really sealed the deal for us was they had all recommended him to family and friends. For my wife, what she really appreciated was that he was attentive to our needs and the process without being overbearing. We had an extremely tight timeline and LJ was prepared. When we first met with him he had all of the paperwork for the houses that we were most interested in. He worked in showings around our schedule. At key intervals, his advice helped smooth out what was what a very stressful process. I can with confidence, recommend LJ to anyone looking to purchase a home.
