Hello my name is Lorel Koplin. I moved here from Northern Illinois 7 years ago with my husband. I have 4 beautiful children and 1 beautiful grand-daughter. Being a person who enjoys fishing, golfing, and other outdoor activities, what better place to settle down than the beautiful lakes, rivers and country views in our area. Since I've been here, I have become involved in my community. I became a volunteer EMR first responder for Gamaliel Fire Department and also joined the Auxiliary to help with fund raising for the fire department so we can have newer equipment. I also have been involved with our local MLS board with community activities for around 6 years.
As you can see, I enjoy helping people whether it's saving a life, or helping people find happiness in home or property they purchase or sell.

Seller reviewLoral Koplin never wavered in her efforts to sell my property. She impressed me with her willingness to place my home in print ads to get it in front of the most potential buyers. Without her efforts, my home would have been on the market much longer. To say Loral was a professional doesn't explain how much effort she put into selling my home and into giving me the best advise when I was going through life changes. I feel she was honest and genuinely concerned for both my confidence in the listing, but also that she was concerned that I was making the best choices for me. To me that goes beyond trust. I feel that she was honest, timely, and was willing to answer every question I had and give me the advise I needed and not just tell me the things I wanted to hear. She was a blessing. Once under contract, the process of selling my home went unbelievably smooth. I have never had more confidence during a sale. I was informed, prepared, and the efficiency of dealing with signing contracts from 1600 miles away was a simple and stress free experience.
