I love being a realtor with CENTURY 21 Integra. I listen to clients to find out what is important for them in a home, location and then find it for them. Working with buyers not only for Bradenton, but from Venice to the south to Sun City to the north and all the paradise in between. I am a recipient of CENTURY 21 Service Award, along with high production awards of Emerald and Ruby. Also, I love helping people market their present home and work with them to help start the next chapter of their life.

Buyer reviewMet Loren thru an open house - was just looking and he was very personable - I wasn't thinking about buying that soon and had asked him to show me that particular house 3 times. He showed me some other properties but wasn't pushy. Very efficient and very detailed at the end thru inspections and closing follow up and always on time. Being on time is a very good asset.

Loren had his ear to the ground listening for listings up to the minute we arrived. The last condo listed just hours before we got there was the unit we purchased. Thank you Loren. Listening is a great trait. We were out of town, so Loren handled most of the everything for us in a timely manner. He was there for us from the showing through the contract to the closing.
