Seller reviewSince Loren Keim literally "wrote the book" on short sales, I figured he would be the perfect realtor to sell my house. Considering that the circumstances of the sale were less than ideal, Loren was extremely understanding and patient in working with myself and the other party on the deed for the property. He treated me like a person rather than just a client. It is evident that Loren has the experience and skills necessary to do his job well, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor's assistance in buying or selling a property.
