Lorenzo "LB" Bell-Thomas is a Retired Master Sergeant who served in the Unites States Air Force Fire and Emergency Services for over 20 years. He has been a member of the Ellsworth Air Force Base, Rapid City and Box Elder community since January 2001. LB received his Associates in Applied Science Fire Science from the Community College of the Air Force and his Bachelors in Science from National American University.
Having been fortunate to serve our country at home and abroad, LB decided that he would like to give something back to the members of our Armed Services and the community that supported them so he chose the real estate industry. LB has taken his experience in transitioning from one area to another as an opportunity to ease this transition for others. Realizing the unique demands of our members, he has committed himself to providing 24/7 availability to ensure that each person feels that their needs are his priority.
LB's accomplishments include the 2015 CENTURY 21 Quality Service Producer Award, the 2015 CENTURY 21 Multi Million Dollar Producer Award, and the 2016 CENTURY 21 Masters Emerald Award. His greatest accomplishment as a Realtor is the relationships that he has culminated with his clients.

He allowed us as first time home buyers to ask everything under the sun about purchasing a home. The longest we ever waited for a response from him was likely not even over 5 minutes.

Seller reviewLB's name was provided to us by a few coworkers and they all had great experiences with him. We figured instead of doing research due to our short timeline we went ahead and went with the recommendation. LB was great in getting in our house immediate and seeing what could be done. While it was difficult to show the house due to the terrible winter weather, once we moved our furniture out and did some minor repairs the showings had more positive reviews. Its too bad we moved out of the area but I am currently working with LB to sell some other lots of land due to our experiences with him. The family had a great time working with LB. He was very understanding of our special needs son and tried to make showings less intruding. We still keep in contact and we made a family friend.
