I currently work with seniors and specializing in listing and selling in over 55 communities throughout Chicagoland and the Southwest Suburbs. Over 40 years experience in the real estate business including owning my own Century 21 office. In 2014, I merged with Century 21 Circle. I have trained hundreds of agents and enjoy this business tremendously. I was the President of the Illinois Realtors Association in 2012. In 2015, I was awarded the tremendous honor of being the Illinois Realtor of the Year, a selection from over 50,000 Illinois Realtor members. I am currently on the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations Real Estate Board.

She also took charge of getting them access to the house because I do not live nearby. The people she got did excellent work at a reasonable price. Our first meeting went very well, she was very professional, knew the area and we both had pretty much the same idea for listing price and how to prep the house for sale. Loretta was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable in letting her handle the sale of this house. Very easy to deal with and made the transaction pretty effortless. If we have another house to sale in the area, I will not hesitate to use her again. I would also recommend using her to anyone else selling a home. I appreciate all the hard work she put into selling our house.
