Buyer reviewLori was amazing from start to finish. Even months after closing. Anytime I had a question or concern, she answered my calls right away and truly cared about helping us. We had a few issues come up with the house after we moved in (none of which were her fault), but she still went above and beyond to help us get everything resolved. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. We have had other realtors in the past and they were terrible. I would recommend lori 100% to anyone that is looking for a realtor who is honest, loyal, and knowledgeable.

My mother was a 3rd time home buyer at the age of 73 when we were referred to Lori by our Veteran Services Officer (VSO) who was a former client of Lori's. The patient and above and beyond Lori demonstrated with my Mom were admirable. My Mom is a collector of dolls and more: Lori took the time to understand this very particular detail about her senior client. Every home Lori showed, she factored Mom's collection into the scenario. She is very trustworthy and has the knack to take the very complex, layered intricacies of the homebuying process and make it simple. She played with her cards face up from beginning to end. Mom liked Lori instantly - and most importantly TRUSTED her. Special shout out to Lori's accessibility. Anytime we called she answered or texted with an ETA for a call back. Even when on vacay she covered her showings. Made every appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. She's stellar!! The best ever!

I will not work with another realtor as long as Lori Deloera is still in realestate , She takes her time showing and is available at almost any time for questions I might have during the purchase.
