The proud Mother of 6 daughters and twin sons. I've been a foster/adoptive Mother for almost 25 years. My biggest passion in life has always been helping others. I believe in giving back to the community and I encourage my children to always help those that are less fortunate. For 13 years, I've owned a daycare in Lindenhurst. I am patient, understanding, dedicated, and have a great work ethic that has led me to be successful. Lori is attentive, proactive, detail oriented and knows how to make her buyers feel comfortable through the whole process. She is very personable and knows her way around difficult agents and situations. As far as looking for homes, she is great at doing her research and listening to what her clients are looking for. I would recommend her to a friend and if the opportunity arises I would definitely work with her again.

This sale was part of my mother's estate so there was alot of sentiment involved. My mother lived in this house for 72 years so we did encounter a few bumps in the road. Lori was by my side through all of them. For that I am grateful.

I was very lucky to find Lori Gillam for the first time in 2021 when I sold my house and I knew immediately that I would use her services. It was a simple decision when selling my parent's home recently that I would ask Lori to handle the sale. I honestly don't know how she can improve. She is everything you would want in an agent. Lori is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I never hesitate to ask her a question or go to her with an issue. Nothing is ever a problem for her and with her connections, resources and knowledge any problems are quickly diffused. I highly recommend Lori and I can't imagine using anyone else.

Lori was the best realtor we could've asked for. She is ambitious and proactive in finding listings and contacting sellers on info of their homes. She sent us new listings day and night and was always looking. She listened to exactly what we wanted and spent the time to get to know us and in the end found exactly what we were looking for. Lori comes with a team of recommended brokers and lawyers and was with us every step of the way all the way through closing when the keys were handed to us. She is personable, friendly, and such an easy person to spend this time with! We never had to worry about going to see a house alone or wonder where we stood in the process. Lori was always by our side. I could not recommend Lori enough and look forward to sharing her with friends and family when they are in the market for a new home!

I trust her completely with my needs when looking for a house of my own and knew that the outcomes would be great. She's very friendly person and works well with other brokers. So that relationship building is really what makes a difference between a good broker and a great one. I was purchasing during a very competitive market and Lori was able to advise me and negotiated well for us. We got exactly what we wanted in a neighborhood we love.
