Lori is the kind of agent that is always their when you need her and she gives you plenty of space to investigate your potential properties. When you have questions about mechanicals or zoning issues if she knows the answers (generally does know) she will share that information and if she doesn't know she will get the answers or put you in touch with someone who does know, such as Zoning or remodel sources if needed. When it comes to marketing your home she puts a very special touch on everything she does and it shows. When the professional photographer came to take our home pictures he did a great job and I could see a big difference in the way Lori arranged the pictures and added thinks like lighting and even flames in our outdoor fire pit to enhance the prospective buyers view of what could be for them if this was their new home. Often I would be looking at other realtors home pictures and so many of the rooms were so out of proportion by the use of wide angle lenses, when you went to see the homes they were much smaller than the pictures led you to believe. We were very happy with the realistic value a prospective buyer could see in Lori's advertising (web) presentation.
