We are first time home buyers so everything was new to us. We also were utilizing a VA home loan which requires much more than a regular home loan does. Lori did a great job of explaining everything to us both regarding purchasing a home and how the VA loan system works. Lori was always available to us if we had a question regarding a house she sent us or if we did not understand something sent to us by the lender. She also spoke directly with the lender regarding different charges they were trying to apply to us, which ultimately saved us money. I would strongly recommend Lori to anyone looking for a professional realtor who is knowledgeable about the real estate business, always available when needed and pleasant to work with.
