I contacted Lori-Weig Tamsay & three other realtors with a list of low priced houses that I was interested in. I did not have high hopes as I knew that these properties which were priced low involved a lot of work for an agent without a large commision. Lori answered my request almost immediately. Some of the others I heard from later that day or in the following days and one not at all. I told them that I had someone, Thank you. Throughout the buying process Lori was spot on with her recommendations. She saved us from a disaster when we wanted to close on a property that had a tenant who was moving out. The landlord / seller explained what a great tenant it was and that we would have no issues if we closed before the tenant moved out. Lori strongly recommended that we wait to close until the tenant vacated. We reluctantly agreed even though we wanted to close as soon as possible. Final walk through after the tenant left revealed an unbelievable mess left behind that we would have been responsible for had she not stopped us. Not only that but she had earned our trust throughout the process which is the only reason that we listened to her. That is just one example. The other things that Lori excelled at were always answering phone calls & returning emails right away. We also loved the fact that she used docusign for all of signatures. This simplified the process and kept things moving without delays. I highly recommend Lori if you are looking to buy or sell a house.
