Louis Balka stood out among his peers because he was super attentive to my needs. My time was limited because I work, and I only have 2 days in the week to get things done. He thought about what needed to be done and guided me in process of getting those things accomplished. He assisted me in acquiring all the other professionals that i needed to get the sale done, as i am not from the area for very long, and I was extremely pleased with all of them. (ie: inspector and attorney) I would Highly recommend Louis because he is an honest caring guy beyond his vast knowledge in his field as well as in this area. My mother is thrilled with her new home and how smoothly the whole process went!
