Louise is amazing! I met her back in 2016 or so when I wanted to see a house in City Island... 7 years later, after me changing plans and going back and forth and not making up my mind, I settled on a condo in Putnam County. Louise was there every step of the way ready to show me what ever I wanted to see! And in this crazy 2023 RE market when it came down to the one I decided on, her experience and her experienced network really made the process as smooth as possible! When she could not join me for the Inspection, she had her husband stand in who was in the construction business!!

Louise was professional, friendly and also compasionate as this sale was part of a divorce. Both my ex and I were really happy and satisfied in all aspects of how Louise handled the sale of our house. Not much more to say other than that we felt like we were the most importaint client Louse had. She was dedicated to delivering a sale at the best price and as quickly as possible. She had a couple of offers for us after only 6 days being listed for sale. And above our asking price! Anyone asks us for a refferal, it undoubtably will be Luise Del Giudice!

Louise was wonderful. She was the seller's agent. I came into the deal without a realtor. She treated my with the same regard and respect as her client. Worked just as hard for me. Very professional and responsive. Accommodating to my need for a late evening viewing of the house. Would not hesitate to use her for my future needs or recommend her to others. I've bought and sold 5 houses and she was one of the most professional realtors I've had the pleasure of dealing with. She's a very hard worker!
