Buyer reviewLourdes did a fine job keeping me up to speed with new listings and price changes on properties. A price change was what led me to a purchase after her call to notify me of the change. Thank you, Lourdes! Lourdes had to deal with a surly agent representing the seller and did an excellent job. Closing was also problematic, again with the seller having issues with clear title to the property due to problems with their parent's dealings years ago. We used Escrow Junction for the transaction and they failed to find the title issue until very late in the process which delayed my closing. Lourdes kept prompting them for answers when they were not forthcoming, and she provided the understanding I needed to deal with their performance. I would recommend Lourdes to anyone needing to buy or sell a property.
