I am so excited to be able to do what I love! With a passion for investing in real property, I obtained my real estate license after completing college. I continued with graduate school, studying business and finance, and thereafter enjoyed a successful 20-year career working in corporate finance. I have taken that love of numbers and intertwined it with my first passion for real estate.

Seller reviewLuba called earlier in the year while we still had a tenant with a potential buyer. Showing the house then was really not an option. However, she wrote a personal note to us which really set her apart. After we talked with her and saw the quality of the materials she assembles for her clients, heard her clear and thorough explanations, and heard her logic for pricing our house, we thought she would do a good job for us. She gave us very sound advice on preparing the house for marketing. Her photographer did an excellent job in presenting the house for its online presentation. Luba is very professional and conscientious. She was also willing to answer our questions at any point. We were impressed by the long hours she was willing to be on the job. We hope her family appreciates her. It went very smoothly. I needed a fair amount of hand-holding at various points and she made herself available and was very patient. She did an excellent job and we would recommend her to anyone and use her again in a heartbeat. I have had experience with other brokers and Luba is head and shoulders above the others.
