She then directed me to homes that she felt best suited me. When my expectations didn't match my budget she very effectively explained the need to prioritize what I wanted to spend my money on. For me her strongest characteristic was having a sense of humor about all of this. It was never a grind, instead I very much looked forward to her calls and visits to homes because the experience was so pleasant.
