Selling a property required so many different forms to be attended to. Lucille Richmond helped us navigate through the whole process. Lucille worked diligently with me to procure a sale, especially since two previous offers fell through (due to no fault of Lucille or myself). She relisted the house immediately following each incident, was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the CO, and "held my hand" each step of the way. Lucille is the best.
