Seller reviewI chose Lucy over several others because she was able to explain to me in a way I could understand exactly what she would be doing and why. Lucy's strategies made more sense than any of the other realtors I had talked to. Lucy remained right on top of things. We had 2-3 people look at the house beginning on Tuesday, then an open house on Saturday and we had a buyer who committed on Monday. It was very quick and easy. Lucy handled everything very professionally and kept me aware of every step she was taking. There isn't anything she could have done better. Very happy with Lucy's performance and the way she explained everything as we went along and answered my questions promptly and patiently. Lucy Chico's performance and Century 21 Harman Realty are "Practically perfect in every way".
