Lucy is a jewel! She is so knowledgeable and quickly built a rapport with me and my spouse. She was very professional throughout the process and took time to explain each step. She had no issue with answering questions and putting us at ease when we were getting stressed. She was stern with the builder and seller on getting what we wanted from them. I have already referred her to others. She is absolutely amazing! Her years of experience have enhanced her expertise. We are so blessed to have had someone put us in contact with her. I have absolutely zero complaints about her. She was not only our realtor she became our friend.

When I started browsing for homes, it was supposed to be just that. I didn't think I'd actually be purchasing a home, I was just curious what I could afford. Lucy showed me some some properties that offered "creative" financing for veterans. I ended up purchasing a nice home, in a nice area, much earlier than I thought I'd be able to, and am paying no more on my mortgage than I did on monthly rent in a smaller, shared home. As first time home buyers we had no clue as to what to expect. We we referred to lucy by an old family friend a while back to assist will selling some property we had. When we finally decided to pull the trigger Lucy was there by our side every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable in the field and explained the whole process along the way, making sure we understood what we were signing before doing so. And making sure any and all questions we had were answered. I was very skeptical about purchasing a home but Lucy was persistent and confident that everything would work out. And it did. My wife and I are greatly appreciative of all of Lucy's hard work and determination.
