We met Lucy Nava at one of her open houses and immediately knew she could be a good realtor for us once we had more solid moving plans. Several months later, when we were ready to pick an agent, we decided to go with Lucy even though we by that point had met many other agents at open houses - Lucy obviously made a big impression! We just liked her style, her way of presenting herself, and based on our brief personal interaction, she seemed like a good fit for our needs. Lucy has been absolutely fantastic throughout the buying process. She's such a go-getter and has been very proactive in following up with us and the other parties involved in the transaction. We're moving down from the Bay Area and had limited time to view properties during our few trips down to San Diego. Lucy tried her hardest to accommodate us in our allotted time. For example, in one weekend she showed us around 15 of the properties on our wish list, including properties we found that same weekend! Lucy is also very personable and extremely responsive in her communications. In addition, when our lender didn't perform as well as we would have liked, Lucy mediated and pushed for us, speeding up the process and making sure we were informed of any developments.
